Resolved Question: So Red Sox Nation is full of bandwagoners after all?

Were they fans who only cared about the team after they won it all in 2004 and in 2007. Now that the Red Sox are struggling (not really, but they are third place in the AL East), these "fans" don't care anymore. I understand that there are large amounts of real fans out there who suffered through the Curse, but this could mean that a considerable amount of fans were also bandwagonners who abandoned their team when they are down.
