Resolved Question: What to do in MA (particularly Boston area)?

We are planning a trip to the Boston area, but not necessarily only Boston. We have been there before and have done a few things, like Six Flags, Red Sox game, the Aquarium, Faneuil Hall. Any suggestions on what to do this time around? We are interested in anything from good restaurants, to shopping to outdoor adventure. Suggestions???
